None of this was written using A.I. None of this was run through an A.I. for feedback. I'm not particularly against either tactic, but I wanted to avoid any doubt of how serious I am about this.

Before I get into it, I want to plagiarize Macklemore: In this moment I think it matters. I am not a victim. Krishan Aseet Patel is not a victim. Sky Marchini is not a victim. We have careers, money, opportunity, safety and friends around the world. Whatever consequences any of us face for what we say, for better or for worse, we get to end the day in a comfortable, air-conditioned bed without fear of being killed.

The victims are the Palestinian people. The men, women and children who have been killed, starved, displaced and forced to live through unimaginable violence. More than 20,000 children have been killed in Gaza alone. People are being killed today, and people will be killed tomorrow. I want to make sure that as I tell this story, we don't lose sight of that.

Mr. Patel and I met only once and have never been friends. Still, I know from gossip that we are cut from the same cloth. We both were raised in majority-Asian enclaves in Southern California. My friends don't know who he is, but they are friends with his friends. At our respective public schools, we both probably had to deal with the occasional white teacher who felt like it was their duty to whitewash the yellows. We both probably had to struggle with finding a healthy relationship with the cultures of our ancestors and the civic structure of this country. Ultimately, Krishan Aseet Patel will probably learn to properly serve our community. But in the same way that our related rhyming racial histories do not stop Mr. Patel from telling lies about me, it can't stop me from telling the truth about him.

You know that poem that goes, "There's laundry to do and a genocide to stop"? Well, we all have the same genocide to stop. But we all have our own individual chores that we need to keep our own lives in order. In other words, every one of us must balance the selfish and the altruistic. But for me, personally- I think I figured out how to do both at the same time, with your help.

On March 16, 2026 - Mr. Krishan Aseet Patel posted a forged screenshot on social media to make it look like I am a Hamas supporter and a man pretending to be a woman. I'm pretty sure he did the forgery himself, for two reasons:

• there is literally a line in the screenshot that says "Insert Fake Text Here" in Chinese
• there is a line in the screenshot that literally refers to Krishan by name
• as far as I can tell via reverse image search, that forged screenshot did not exist prior to the day of posting
• he has harassed me in person before, and he has bragged about that harassment in public

To be clear, I'm not stupid enough to voice support for Hamas, and I am a woman. I actually got disowned from my family because I kept insisting on being a woman, so you can probably imagine that I'm really, really hurt by what he has done to me in the last five years. I could sue him for libel. I don't have friends in high places, but I have friends in medium places - upper-middle class allies who would gladly front me the money for something that would clearly get them a solid return on investment. So the problems are:

• It would take years before I get satisfaction
• I need to focus on keeping my job which pays a nice, comfortable $31 an hour
• Every moment I spend working on sweet, sweet ̶r̶e̶v̶e̶n̶g̶e̶ wait wait wait shit, hold on-
• Okay ignore that last bullet
• Every moment I spend working towards my own personal justice is a moment I can't spend doing my part to stopping the literal genocide

For a while, I was stuck on this problem. From personal experience, I know that forcing yourself to ignore the pain and actions of your harasser or abuser in order to serve The Greater Good is just going to make you want to kill yourself. If you kill yourself you can't help anyone.

I think I've found a solution, one that validates my feelings while also focusing my attention and resources to something bigger than all of us: I am asking my community, which includes plurals and furries - both with very good reason to dislike Krishan Aseet Patel - to donate to my GoFundMe page for UNRWA, a reputable organization that Krishan Aseet Patel has implied is infiltrated by Hamas. Each dollar you give through this fundraiser will annoy him - but more importantly it will help the people who are suffering the most. But it will also annoy him, and I find that really funny.

I have already given some money yesterday before the creation of this fundraiser, and the receipt is attached below.

Krishan— if you feel pain as a result of my actions, I encourage you to take the advice that you openly offered to me: ignore me, and focus on The Greater Good. I know that deep down and in spite of what you've publicly stated, you know that this is a genocide. Either that, or you never paid proper attention to the news.
